At Sterling by Music Man, we want you to be fully satisfied with your instrument purchase. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Instrument

  Securely place the instrument in its original protective packaging, including all included accessories, manuals, and the protective gig bag.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit back to our facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the instrument's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
